Feasibility Studies

Completing a Business Plan, with feasibility study for the establishment of a Film City in South Africa, which would include 9 plus world class Film Studios, with integrated network of supporting infrastructure and services which would see the community up-liftment into various opportunities that would be created and converting a whole town into a Film City, providing educational, entertainment, work and place to stay for all within the community. <BR><BR> 

The project would see the implementation of the Smart City concept and introduction of vast opportunities for international and local film and business industries to develop side by side with one common goal of providing services to the film city industry.  

The project is at conceptual and funding stage.

Review of a Film Studio Business Plan to update and confirm the viability of the proposed and intended development.  Providing a detailed and updated Business Plan and feasibility review of the proposed development.

In conjunction with Engineers and other business professionals review and compile a business plan for the upgrade development of a small airport to a medium sized airport with cargo and passenger transportation.
