Conceptualisation

Conceptualising of the needs, requirements and vision of a Client is one of the most critical processes in any project.
Conceptual design is an early phase of the design process, in which the broad outlines of function and form of something are articulated. It includes the design of interactions, experiences, processes, and strategies. It involves an understanding of people's needs - and how to meet them with products, services, and processes. Common artifacts of conceptual design are concept sketches and models.
Design

Dewsign reprsents a documents normally referred to as drawing or set of drawings showing how a building or product is to be made and how it will work and look.
The process of design commence with the conceptualising of the idea and ends when the idea is materialised through the visual evident product.
The structure of design thinking creates a natural flow from research to rollout. Immersion in the customer experience produces data, which is transformed into insights, which help teams agree on design criteria they use to brainstorm solutions.
Planning

Planning is the process of actively thinking about the activities required to achieve a desired goal (The End Product).
It involves the creation, acceptance and maintenance of a plan, which require the defining of tasks, duration, start and end dates as well as the resources, method and inter-dependency to each taks within the plan.
Irrespective of the type of work or project that must be executed, planning is required to guide, monitor and advise all stakeholders involved of the previous, current and future steps to accomplish the end goal.
